I received the 2025 Distinguished Scholar-Teacher Award from the University of Maryland and gave this lecture as part of the Distinguished Scholar-Teacher lecture series.

The first part of the lecture was in the Gildenhorn Recital Hall.​

We then moved to the Dekelboum Concert Hall for a session with the University of Maryland Wind Orchestra..​
